With Totebae, you can return your lowers within 5 days if you’re not satisfied with the product. To initiate the return, log in to your account. Please ensure the lowers are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with price tags attached. Once we receive the product and complete a quality check, the return process will begin return and exchange policy. Refunds or exchanges typically take between 5-7 working days.
